The Organisational Development Coordinator will support the development, coordination, and implementation of organisational development initiatives across the business. Working closely with HR Director and HR colleagues, the role will help ensure organisational policies, processes, and people initiatives are applied consistently and effectively, while considering local and cultural requirements., * Support the development, documentation, and rollout of organisational policies and procedures across areas such as talent development, learning & development, and inclusion initiatives.
- HR Director and HR team members in coordinating global and regional OD projects and initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders across different regions to help adapt policies and materials for local and cultural contexts, with guidance from senior team members.
- Help prepare and deliver training materials, presentations, and workshops in both Mandarin and English.
- Support policy implementation by tracking feedback, identifying issues, and escalating risks or gaps where appropriate.
- Assist with basic data collection and analysis (e.g. surveys, feedback, usage metrics) to assess the effectiveness of OD initiatives.
- Contribute to change initiatives by supporting communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and implementation activities.
- Liaise with HR, legal, and compliance teams to help ensure policies are applied appropriately and consistently.

Requirements
This role is well suited to an early-career OD or HR professional looking to build experience in organisational development within an international environment. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders., * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in HR, OD, People Operations, or a related role.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with confidence supporting written and verbal communication in both languages.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good analytical skills, with experience working with basic people data or feedback.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders at different levels.
- A proactive, learning-focused mindset and interest in developing a career in organisational development.
- Proven knowledge of Power BI or Tableau
- Proven experience or using Excel daily
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to working in an international or multicultural organisation.
- Basic understanding of UK employment practices or HR frameworks.
- Experience supporting training, workshops, or change initiatives.
