Job description
Working in a global federated services business, you will responsible for defining and delivering a portfolio of global programmes across IT Service, Cyber and applications. This will be a highly challenging role requiring high EQ, influence and ability to deliver complex IT change through international silos.

- Act as internal Programme Consultant delivering globally across federations, As Global IT Programme Manager you will
- Own and drive the delivery of global technology programmes spanning cyber security, IT service management, model office, enterprise applications and core digital platforms.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with global technology strategy and organisational priorities.
- Lead complex programmes that require delivery through a network of country-based teams and external partners, without direct line authority.
- Establish programme structure, governance and operating rhythm across geographically distributed stakeholders.
- Build alignment across regional technology leaders and business stakeholders to deliver change consistently across the network.
- Manage interdependencies between projects, identifying risks early and driving mitigation to protect programme outcomes.
- Translate complex technical initiatives into clear business impact for executive stakeholders.
- Oversee programme planning including roadmap creation, milestone tracking and delivery sequencing across global workstreams.
- Manage programme financials including budget oversight, forecasting and value realisation.
- Coordinate delivery across internal teams and third-party partners to ensure milestones are met and services transition smoothly into operational environments.
- Facilitate collaboration across countries and functions, removing barriers created by organisational silos.
- Provide structured programme reporting to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks and decisions required.
- Ensure initiatives align with security, compliance and enterprise architecture principles.
- Support change adoption across the global network by working closely with regional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading complex global technology programmes spanning digital modern workplace - such as cyber security, identity and access management, IT service management, model office design.
- Experience working within professional services, consulting, global networks or similarly complex international organisations.
- Proven ability to deliver transformation across a federated global organisation in a matrix environment, working through country teams and external partners rather than direct line management.
- Strong programme and portfolio management capability, able to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage dependencies and maintain delivery momentum across a complex global roadmap.
- Experience operating within structured governance environments, establishing programme frameworks, reporting, decision forums and executive visibility.
- Credibility working with senior technology leaders such as Country CIOs, Heads of Cyber, IT Services Managers, networks leadership and architecture teams.
- Ability to translate strategic direction into clear programme plans and delivery roadmaps, linking initiatives to global technology strategy and planning cycles.
- High emotional intelligence and commercial awareness, capable of influencing stakeholders across different cultures, countries and priorities.
- Demonstrated success delivering technology change where authority is limited and influence is essential.
- Experience managing third-party delivery partners and vendor ecosystems, ensuring alignment with programme outcomes.
- Strong communication discipline, able to produce clear, concise programme reporting and high-quality executive updates.
- Proven ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies and delivery constraints, ensuring programme capacity and maturity evolve alongside delivery demands.
- Comfortable operating in an environment where priorities may shift and programmes evolve, maintaining clarity and structure despite organisational complexity.
- Experience working within professional services, consulting, global networks or similarly complex international organisations.
- Ability to work primarily within UK business hours while collaborating globally.
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset, with commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

- Competitive salary ranging from £100,000 to £120,000 per annum + package
- Permanent role based in London. UK hybrid options available.
