Requirements

You graduate in Summer of 2027 OR you are self taught and working to switch careers to Design. You have:

  • The ability to contextualise and build a narrative around your work
  • Analytical, assessment and problem solving skills, you're a proactive problem finder, not just a problem solver
  • An open attitude to feedback and willingness to learn
  • Foundational skills of the discipline you are applying for (we don't expect you to know everything, but you need to have enough skill to navigate the organisation and work)
  • You've got a portfolio of work that demonstrates a mix of well-crafted and user centred work.
  • You are fluent in Figma
  • You talk about customer problems and describe how your work solves them
  • Strong visual design skills and a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products
  • You're able to clearly rationalise your decisions to other team members
  • You're curious about learning from user research and iterating on your work, Qualifications aren't that important to us. We want to work with the best people, no matter their background.
