Requirements

Do you have experience in Figma?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * You are graduating in 2026 or did in 2025 from a Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design or similar or kickstarting your design career.

  • You are able to start a full time graduate job in September 2026
  • You are eligible to work in the UK
  • You've got a portfolio that demonstrates a mix of strong visual design skills, solid craft and an ability to work across a broad range of brand touchpoints.
  • Strong visual design skills and a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products.
  • You're able to clearly rationalise your decisions to other team members.
  • You're curious about learning from user testing and iterating on your work .
  • Skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and curious about AI.
  • Nice to have - motion design skills.

And these would be great, but aren't essential:

  • Understanding of how to design responsive web experiences.
  • You're curious about learning from user testing and iterating on your work.
  • You have knowledge or experience of creating production ready deliverables, translating a brand across both print and digital collateral, from social media assets to pitch decks.

Grades aren't that important to us. If you've got great experience, and you're great at articulating your thinking, we'd like to hear from you. For this role, your Portfolio will have to be outstanding to get you an interview.

About the company

We're looking for a talented Graduate Product Designer to join our London to join our London based Wise Platform team. In this role you'll be providing hands-on design support to ensure consistent brand experiences for Wise Platform. You'll be part of Wise's global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system. Because people without borders need money without borders. Your mission: You'll be mentored by several Designers at Wise, collaborating with other Wisers and fellow grads on cross-functional projects. We plot our moves every quarter, and your mission will be mapped out with your lead. You'll have plenty of room to grow and help to define your scope. You'll be working with the cross-functional teams that make up Wise Platform - a squad that helps banks and large enterprises move the world's money with speed, certainty and ease. You'll also be part of the Wise Design Community and will regularly collaborate with designers across Wise. You will spend the first 18 months working in one of our product teams, where you'll shape useful, usable, and memorable customer experiences. At the end of the 18 month grad programme you will settle into your permanent role. Here's how you'll contribute: * You'll get to know Wise product teams and customers, building empathy and deep understanding of their needs. * You'll be honing and flexing your craft skills in a collaborative environment. * You'll be influential in your team, guiding them to prioritise customer-centricity, creativity, and design quality. You will have flexibility in how and where you work.
