What you'll be doing
- Leading independent validation across methodology, data, monitoring, and implementation
- Enhancing the IMV framework, standards, and documentation, setting what "good" looks like
- Partnering with model owners and developers to embed best practice and improve outcomes
- Producing crisp, committee-ready reporting and recommendations

Requirements
- Strong quantitative background with hands-on model development or validation experience
- Knowledge across IRB, IFRS 9, and model risk management principles
- Able to test, replicate, and challenge models using code
- Comfortable communicating clearly and presenting to senior stakeholders
- UK right to work
