SC Cleared IGA/IAM Security Business AnalystAre you an experienced Business Analyst with background in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions? Play a vital role in designing secure, efficient business processes within a high-security environment. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise to deliver critical security solutions aligned with organisational needs, all whilst holding a current SC clearance.What You'll Do:As our IGA/IAM Security Business Analyst, you will provide subject matter expertise in IGA and IAM solution deployments, leading the discovery of current 'as-is' processes and designing innovative 'to-be' models. Your insights will be key in translating complex requirements into practical solutions that enhance security and operational efficiency.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, document business processes, and ensure deliverables are aligned with strategic objectives.Essential Skills & Qualifications:Demonstrable expertise in IGA and IAM solution deployment and business analysis.Proven experience in discovering and modelling 'as-is' business processes and designing future state solutions.Strong skills in requirements gathering, validation, and traceability.Minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis related to IGA or IAM capabilities.Formal business analysis accreditation (e.G., BPMM or equivalent) is highly desirable.Current SC Clearance with the ability to work within classified environments.Nice to Have Skills & Experiences:Familiarity with security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices.Experience with process automation and security tooling.Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements affecting identity management.Preferred Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.Extensive hands-on experience in business process analysis and security solution delivery.Additional Requirements:Security clearance as specified (SC Cleared) is mandatory.Flexibility to adapt to project needs and work within collaborative team environments.
