• Strong track record of shaping and delivering architectural solutions that align with business and user needs.

• Experience working with public sector organisations, particularly central government, and an understanding of the challenges they face.

• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.

• Comfortable working across multiple architecture domains (e.g. business, application, integration) and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Skilled in using architecture frameworks and modelling tools to support strategic planning and delivery.

• An established network of senior stakeholders within the public sector, with a proven ability to nurture and expand relationships that support business development and long-term client partnerships.

• Be part of our management team, helping shape and launch new service propositions while driving strategic business growth within Public Services.

• Lead business development initiatives -building trusted client relationships, owning outcomes, and delivering innovative, high-impact solutions.

• Collaborate with central government and public sector clients as a respected advisor, guiding them through complex technology and architecture challenges.

• Provide hands-on leadership across architecture domains, from strategic roadmaps to solution delivery.

• Support your team's growth through coaching, mentoring, and creating opportunities for them to thrive.
