- Client consultation: Partner with clients to translate vision, strategy, and feedback into clear requirements and impactful data solutions, shaping actionable delivery plans that drive measurable value. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while proactively managing expectations and priorities.
- Strategic collaboration: Contribute to end-to-end data strategy engagements, from stakeholder discovery through to the production of strategy deliverables (governance frameworks, target operating models, and organisation design). Translate inputs into concise, high-quality executive outputs.
- Data & digital delivery: Support the delivery of data transformation initiatives, including the build and enhancement of data platforms and enabling capabilities that unlock a pipeline of high-value use cases across the organisation.
- Analytics & BI delivery: Shape the roadmap for Analytics and BI products, translating business needs into scalable reporting and insight solutions that improve decision-making and accelerate adoption across the organisation.
- Change management: Help drive change management and adoption by aligning stakeholders, embedding new ways of working, and ensuring solutions land successfully across the organisation.
- Agile facilitation: Balance long-term project planning and resource allocation with the ability to act quickly and respond to immediate needs. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Risk management: Comfortable with having difficult conversations with client stakeholders to raise risks and provide mitigation solutions.
- New business development: Create compelling and well-crafted proposals in response to client requests. Gather relevant information from internal teams to present responses in a format that resonates with clients, ultimately contributing to the successful acquisition of new business.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Team management?, We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead a portfolio of key client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a background of working in a consultancy environment or product team, with experience across the project lifecycle from developing proposals to responding to new client requests to leading multi-disciplined teams on large-scale data transformation projects. This individual will be comfortable working closely with data engineers, data scientists, and DevOps practitioners to plan, communicate and execute complex projects.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can hit the ground running. They will bring natural curiosity and an insatiable drive to get things done, both personally and by enabling others. They will act as the catalyst that gets work moving proactively unblocking progress and following through with persistence until tasks are completed. This individual will be capable of engaging both engineers and client stakeholders with candour, understanding, and a knack for making complex concepts accessible. They will be a living example of process improvement, enhancing the workflows they touch by embodying best practices rather than merely directing from the sidelines.

All of this while embarking on an exciting journey with a pioneering, fast-growing company situated at the heart of London's Tech City., * Experience consulting with clients in a technical capacity for digital transformation, data engineering, big data and API build projects in the cloud, ideally in a consultancy setting.
- Broad understanding of data architectures and paradigms such as Data Warehousing, Data lakes, and Delta Processing, etc.
- Understanding of - and willingness to adapt - agile methodologies to the project's need.
- Definition and writing of effective Jira tickets including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in developing well-crafted proposals in response to new client requests or formal RFPs.
- Familiarity or desire to learn software design patterns and technologies in data engineering and data science.
