• Proficiency in prompt engineering : An ability to guide AI to produce on-brand, persuasive, and contextually relevant content that meets specific conversion goals
• An analytical and experimental mindset, with a passion for using data to find what works and an eagerness to test new ideas and technologies
• Familiarity with AI-powered testing platforms / dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
