Vice President Data Centre Operations

• Respond to queries via phone, email, and social media
• Maintain a professional and positive rapport with clients, visitors, and tutors
• Manage reception and handle walk-in queries
• Answer and sort correspondence, including emails and post
• Screen tutor applications at the initial stage
• Arrange interviews for approved tutor applicants
• Draft, format, print, and photocopy documents as required
• Maintain accurate records and databases of students and tutors
• Create profiles for students and tutors in the company system
• Enrol new students onto tuition classes
• Input tutor timesheets into the system
• Invoice students using our internal platform
• Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and general admin tasks
• Support the management of social media accounts and marketing tasks
• Work closely with directors and carry out delegated tasks
