You will take ownership of escalated issues, support and guide more junior engineers, and lead on technical projects for a range of SME clients.What you will be doing:Providing 3rd line support and infrastructure troubleshootingLeading smaller client projects and rearchitecting customer networksActing as an escalation point for complex issuesInstalling, configuring, and supporting client environments across servers, networks, and cloud platformsMentoring junior engineers and ensuring
