Technology Specialist - Data Quality

Are you a data-driven organiser who loves keeping things running smoothly? My Client is looking for an Aftersales Performance Specialist to join a fast-growing automotive team. You'll play a key role in tracking aftersales performance, managing reports, coordinating meetings, and helping the team spot opportunities to improve. You'll be at the heart of a growing network, helping the team make smarter, data-backed decisions. Your work will directly influence how efficiently aftersales runs and contribute to the overall success of the business. Aftersales Performance Specialist Automotive Language : English Office based role Keep an eye on aftersales KPIs like customer satisfaction, warranty performance, service revenue, and parts sales. Collect, manage, and maintain operational data from regional and HQ teams. Identify process bottlenecks and help implement improvements to make things run smoother. 3+ years of experience in aftersales, operations, data analysis, or business admin. Skilled with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (Power BI a plus). Excellent communication skills (Mandarin is a bonus!).
