Product Owner (Banking/Finance)

Lead and manage the Finacle Upgrade and Authentication Platform Upgrade (CIAM) projects.

• Own and deliver the 12-month technology roadmap for rebuilding the eBanking platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and backlog items.
• Ensure alignment with SAFe Agile principles and facilitate PI planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in product delivery and customer experience.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAFe Product Owner with strong domain expertise in Business Banking, Corporate Banking, and Finacle eBanking., Proven experience as a SAFe Product Owner, ideally within financial services.

• Deep understanding of Business Banking, Corporate Banking, and Finacle eBanking platforms.
• Strong grasp of technology fundamentals, especially in platform upgrades and authentication systems.
• Experience managing complex product roadmaps and delivering strategic rebuilds.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
