Job description
- Develop and maintain the CMS roadmap in alignment with the overall product strategy and analyst needs.
- Lead the modernization of BMI's Content, aligning content enhancements with improvements to our end-to-end workflow.
- Drive AI feature development, including tools for assisted writing, summarization and quality checks.
- Lead the product development lifecycle, discovery, design, and iterative delivery of CMS and AI capabilities.
- Conduct user research with analysts and editorial teams to inform prioritisation and feature design.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog, defining clear success criteria for CMS and AI features.
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, efficient user experiences.
- Run Agile ceremonies such are refinement and sprint reviews and lead cross-functional squads across multiple geographies.
- Collaborate with downstream squads who consume BMI research to ensure accurate and timely delivery to clients.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure buy-in and adoption of new capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, ideally with CMS or content workflow platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to lead distributed teams
- Ability to balance technical complexity with user-centric design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in content creation or editorial processes

- Experience with AI-driven content tools (e.g., NLP, summarisation, generative AI).
- Background in B2B information services or publishing platforms.
- Knowledge of API-driven integrations and web-based applications.
- Agile certification and experience in matrix organisations
