About the Role

• Take full ownership of future web projects, from briefing and planning through to delivery, testing, and launch.

• Maintain and develop multiple existing branded websites.

• Enhance visual appeal, performance, accessibility, and user experience.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and business teams to deliver functional and impactful solutions.

• Ensure timely delivery and high standards of work, proactively flagging issues or improvements.

• Manage HubSpot implementation including workflows, landing pages, content updates and integrations.

Do you have experience in Usability?, * A proven track record in professional web development.

• Strong front-end and back-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS experience).

• A keen eye for design, usability, and functional excellence.

• Demonstrated ability to own and complete projects, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

• Experience with HubSpot (CMS/CRM) and confidence working within its ecosystem.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to commute regularly to our Cheltenham office and attend in-person meetings as required.
