We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Data Improvement Administrator. This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This role is working from our King Street office, in Norwich. The role comes with Agile Working.
As a Data Improvement Administrator, you will work with the Data Quality Manager to demonstrably improve data quality across the Group. Ensuring high quality data is collected and recorded in accordance with business requirements, and to support the delivery of the Big Data Programme.
Your focus is to get in touch with Flagship tenants to obtain missing contact information and to accurately input detailed records into the Housing Management System database to ensure high quality and accurate information is being stored so that we can continue to deliver outstanding customer service., * Opportunities for development (including apprenticeships, our Academy, and various training options).

Requirements
Applications are welcomed for the role of Data Improvement Administrator from those with excellent customer interaction skills (both verbally and written), with the ability to work on their own initiative and to flag any issues if required.
Attention to detail is key in your role and you'll have clear, measurable targets in terms of error reduction. A competent user of Microsoft office packages. You will also be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent or hold comparable experience.
