The Role Play a key role in the backend development lifecycle, from architecture design to deployment and monitoring. Drive technical and architectural decisions, optimising system performance, scalability, and security. Mentor and guide other engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and best practices. Enhance system efficiency and reliability, ensuring robust security and high availability. Collaborate

with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Frontend, and Security, to deliver seamless solutions. Key Requirements 8+ years of backend development experience with expertise in Golang or Java. Proven experience designing and scaling complex, data-intensive systems (databases, event-driven systems, messaging architectures). Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-native development. Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
