Job description
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with customer technical teams and internal stakeholders to design and implement reliable, scalable integrations. You'll lead technical discussions, run discovery workshops, and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the integration lifecycle., * Lead customer-facing integration calls with technical stakeholders
- Run discovery workshops to understand customer systems, data structures, and workflows
- Translate business and technical requirements into maintainable integration solutions
- Design and implement integrations using APIs, automation frameworks, and internal tooling
- Configure, test, and validate integrations including data mapping and transformation
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a clear and timely manner
- Maintain and monitor existing integrations as customer requirements evolve
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams
- Produce clear technical documentation and integration specifications
- Feed customer insights and recurring patterns back into Product and Engineering
- Continuously improve integration processes to increase scalability and quality
Requirements
Do you enjoy working directly with customers to solve real integration problems? Are you comfortable translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions? Looking for a role where you can combine technical depth with strong client-facing work?, * 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or similar)
- Experience working with SaaS platforms and system integrations
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
Technical Skills
- Strong experience working with APIs (REST; SOAP exposure beneficial)
- Comfortable with data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV
- Experience with integration tools, automation platforms, or iPaaS solutions
- Basic scripting or development experience (C#, JavaScript, or Python)
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams and reading technical documentation
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
