Job description
We are looking for a senior engineering leader (not just a developer) who can own:
- Healthcare-grade system architecture
- NHS / FHIR / HL7 integrations
- Scalable microservice backend designCI/CD, DevOps, security, incident response
- Safe deployment of AI-assisted decision routing, Note: Kindly only apply if you are open to work with equity option since we are in pre-funding stage. There will be only equity that can be assigned depending on the contributions you make. Once we secure funding, this role will be converted into paid roles.
Requirements
Do you have experience in PostgreSQL?, * 15+ years full-stack experience with large systems
- Can lead engineering teams & set standards
- Understand regulated environments (NHS, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Want to build meaningful healthcare infrastructure, not just apps
- Believe clinician-led AI is the future of safe digital care
