Job description
As a key delivery consultant, you will:

Contribute to Oracle Planning Cloud implementations Support end-to-end delivery across requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, and post-go-live support - with guidance from senior consultants and architects.

Design and configure planning solutions Build planning models, forms, dashboards, calculations, and workflows for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and CapEx.

Support intelligent planning and automation Work with Smart View, Data Management, EPM Automate, and Groovy rules to deliver efficient, scalable planning processes.

Engage directly with finance stakeholders Participate in workshops, gather requirements, validate solutions, and support training and knowledge transfer.

Support ongoing client success Assist with quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, patch testing, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives., * Strong career progression & mentorship through our Strength in Balance and leadership programmes, including quarterly Pathways Career Development reviews.

Requirements
You must be eligible for CTC Clearance. To be eligible for CTC clearance you need to have lived in the UK for the last 3 years., You will have:
- Solid functional experience with Oracle EPM Planning Cloud (PBCS / EPBCS).
- Experience contributing to at least one to two Planning Cloud project lifecycles.
- Hands-on exposure to:
- Planning model design and dimensionality
- Forms, dashboards, and Smart View
- Business rules, calculations, and basic Groovy scripting
- Data Management integrations
- Understanding of how Oracle Planning integrates with ERP and wider EPM solutions.
- Comfortable working with finance teams and translating business requirements into functional designs.
- Well-organised, delivery-focused, and keen to develop towards senior consultant responsibility.
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
You will have:
- Exposure to other Oracle EPM Cloud modules (FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Tax).
- Experience supporting Hyperion to Oracle Cloud migrations.
- Interest in automation, REST APIs, or advanced Groovy scripting.
- Accountancy qualification or finance background.
