Job description

Are you a talented IT Service Desk Analyst looking for an opportunity to progress your career?

You could be joining a market leading chemical distributor that supplies various companies including pharmaceutical and beauty product manufacturers.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will work alongside a team of four to provide exceptional 2nd line support to internal users. You will be required to provide both onsite and remote support and maintenance of all systems, devices, and applications that are used internally by the company which is currently around 300 employees in the UK.

You'll support employee queries using the ticketing system on applications including Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) whilst also installing and configuring computer hardware and operating systems, as well as iPhones and applications using Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager.

You will also be able to contribute to and run digital transformation projects.

Requirements

  • You have experience in a similar 2nd line Service Desk / IT Support position
  • You have experience with M365, Office 365 including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel and Intune
  • You have a logical mindset, good organisation and prioritisation skills
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills with a consultative approach
  • You're happy to take project ownership and help to mentor more junior colleagues
  • It would be great to also have some experience with Salesforce CRM or ERP systems
