Job description

One of the UK's leading Facilities management (FM) providers, are looking to recruit an M&E Asset Data Analyst to join their major Healthcare segment where you will work closely with the Asset Intelligence Lead to help develop the Asset Management strategy across our complete Healthcare portfolio across the UK, from the South of England to Glasgow. This is a brand new role intended to ensure the robustness of M&E Asset Data. Working under the guidance of the Asset Intelligence Lead, the role helps ensure asset data is structured, reliable, and compliant with organisational standards, HTMs, ISO 55001 etc. This role contributes to the quality of asset intelligence that underpins compliance, safe operation, and performance measurement of the healthcare technical accounts. This is an brand exciting role for an M&E Asset Data professional, and is part of a wider effort to put Asset Management "front and centre" within a major segment and further develop your career. Actions will include:

  • Document, end-to-end processes for asset lifecycle management, including creation, update, verification, and retirement of asset records.
  • Analyse workflows and controls that ensure asset data remains accurate, current, and audit-ready.
  • Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives to future-proof asset information and support digital transformation.
  • Communicate complex data concepts in a clear, accessible way to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Update, verify, and maintain asset records within the CAFM system.
  • Support data cleansing activities to improve accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Assist in applying data standards, naming conventions, and classification structures set by the Asset Intelligence Lead.
  • Carry out routine checks to ensure asset information remains aligned with Asset Intelligence principles.
  • Assist in documenting workflows, procedures, and data management guides.

Requirements

  • Monday to Friday, + Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and digital systems.
  • Able to follow processes and spot inconsistencies or gaps.
  • Interested in asset management, estates, engineering, or digital information.
  • Experience with CAFM systems, BIM, or asset data is helpful but not essential
