BI Developer

• Design, build and optimise high-impact dashboards in Metabase aligned to strategic KPIs
• Develop and optimise SQL and scalable data models across complex datasets
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Digital, Product and Supply Chain to shape data-driven decision-making
• Support delivery of BI roadmap initiatives, managing priorities, risks and quality standards
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics and Data Science on end-to-end data solutions, * A short Coderbyte assessment to evaluate core technical and analytical skills
• Role-specific questions to understand your approach to relevant challenges
• An interview with the Hiring Manager to explore your experience and motivations
• A case study to demonstrate problem-solving and strategic thinking
• A follow-up review to delve deeper into your insights and approach

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Experience in BI or analytics within a commercial environment

• Strong SQL and data modelling capability with a performance focus
