Job description

We are looking for an experienced Lead .NET Developer to work closely with the customer and coordinate with the offshore development team. This role requires strong technical expertise in Microsoft web technologies, cloud platforms, and leadership skills to ensure high-quality deliverables and smooth collaboration across teams., * Act as the primary onshore technical lead, working closely with the customer to understand requirements and provide solutions.

  • Coordinate with the offshore team to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
  • Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET Web Applications using C#, .NET Core, and Web API.
  • Develop and deploy cloud-based applications on AWS or Azure, ensuring adherence to cloud architecture best practices.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, or similar tools.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, security best practices, and design patterns.
  • Drive Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and ensure smooth collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.
  • Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Do you have experience in XML?, * Strong experience in Microsoft Web Development: Web API, SOAP XML, .NET Core.

  • Proficiency in C#/.NET programming.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud development and understanding of cloud architecture.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and working directly with customers.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SCRUM framework.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
