We're partnered with a Life Sciences organization based in Central London, supporting critical research, laboratory operations, and corporate teams. They're now looking for a strong 2nd Line Engineer with MSP experience to support a growing, highly technical user base in a regulated, fast-paced environment., If you're technically solid, professional, and motivated by working in a company where technology genuinely matters, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a meaningful, future-focused sector., * Proven experience in a 2nd Line role within an MSP (essential)

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory & Microsoft 365

• Confident troubleshooting across DNS, DHCP, networking, VPNs & firewalls

• Experience supporting multiple users, offices, or regulated environments

• Exposure to Azure, cloud platforms, virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware)

• Clear, professional communication skills with technical and non-technical users
