IT Technician (Crypto Industry)

We're partnered with a well-funded crypto startup backed by Series VC investment, building next-generation financial and blockchain-based platforms. As the company scales rapidly, they're now hiring a strong 2nd Line Engineer with MSP experience and a full UK driving license to support their growing internal user base, infrastructure, and regional sites.

This isn't a slow corporate IT role. You'll be supporting a fast-moving engineering and product-led business where uptime, security, and responsiveness matter. You'll work closely with senior infrastructure and security engineers, gaining exposure to modern cloud environments, secure systems, and high-performance tech stacks - all while having real ownership and responsibility.

• Proven experience in a 2nd Line role within an MSP (essential)

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory & Microsoft 365

• Confident troubleshooting across DNS, DHCP, networking, VPNs & firewalls

• Experience supporting multiple users and environments at pace

• Exposure to Azure, cloud platforms, virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware)

• Full UK driving license and willingness to attend company sites when required

• Strong communication skills and comfort working with technical and non-technical users
