Job description

Fully manage and maintain the Nomad Jewels website (updates, UX improvements, bug fixes, speed optimisation, user pathways).

Develop a website structure that improves client experience and conversion.

Lead, implement, and monitor a full SEO strategy (technical, content, on-page, off-page).

Research, propose, and implement relevant AI tools to enhance customer experience (personalisation, virtual assistance, product recommendations).

Develop and manage a website chatbot powered by AI (ChatGPT or similar), including sales-conversion scripts.

Implement referral and brand interaction strategy through ChatGPT (visibility, structured answers, brand data integration, conversational sales pathways).

Monitor analytics (traffic, conversion, SEO metrics, user behavior) and provide monthly reports.

Advise on digital growth opportunities across website, e-commerce, social media, and campaigns.

Ensure digital brand consistency aligned with Nomad Jewels' luxury positioning., * Email marketing automation (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).

Video or visual optimization for web content and campaigns.

Basic design skills to create landing pages or visual enhancements.

Requirements

Proven expertise in managing e-commerce websites (luxury, jewelry, fashion or lifestyle preferred).

Strong knowledge of Shopify (or specify your platform).

Demonstrable experience in AI implementation (chatbots, personalization tools, automation workflows).

Experience integrating brands into ChatGPT referral systems and conversational search optimization.

Deep understanding of SEO with measurable results.

Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights).

UX/UI understanding focused on conversion.

Strategic mindset with proactive solution proposals.

Fluent in English and French (written and spoken), to support global customers and bilingual brand communication.
