Job description

  • Oversee all technical website operations, including hosting, domains, CRM integrations, and onsite performance.
  • Manage external digital agencies and deliver end-to-end website improvement projects.
  • Lead SEO, GEO, CRO, and website optimisation initiatives to improve visibility and conversions.
  • Drive UX enhancements, build/optimise pages, and ensure consistent, high-quality digital experiences.
  • Use analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Hotjar, SEMRush) to track performance, report insights, and inform actions.
  • Integrate AI and automation tools to enhance digital workflows, personalisation, and member engagement.
  • Support cross-team collaboration, content deployment, and adherence to digital best practice.
  • Act as a digital champion-providing training, upskilling teams, and advancing REC's digital maturity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in website management and digital marketing within the not-for-profit or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools and content management systems.
  • Ability to create and execute effective digital strategies.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and data protection regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Capability to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
  • A commitment to supporting the mission of a not-for-profit organisation.
