Job description
As an IT Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for technical support queries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our clients and internal systems. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide remote and on-site support, and contribute to ongoing IT projects., · Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to end users
· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
· Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
· Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions
· Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades and deployments
· Ensure security and data protection protocols are followed
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a GCSE?, · Proven experience in an IT support role
· Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus, * GCSE or equivalent (required), * Technical support: 3 years (required)
