What You'll Be Doing

Building multi-project concept, mule, prototype, and production-level vehicles - plus advanced simulation rigs - to exceptional standards, following defined processes where required.

Maintaining and updating vehicles and rigs to support ongoing development programmes.

Preparing and operating vehicles for test and development activities across diverse locations, including proving grounds and racing circuits.

Collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver against technical targets.

Interpreting engineering drawings and instrumentation schedules to carry out safe, accurate builds, updates, and modifications.

Ensuring the workshop and equipment remain organised, well-presented, and maintained to high professional standards.

Requirements
-
Extensive experience in motorsport, prototype, low-volume, or high-performance vehicle builds - including manufacture, assembly, and operation.

Welding, machining, or fabrication skills (highly preferred).

A solid understanding of modern automotive electrical and electronic systems to support diagnostics and fault-finding.

Experience with diagnostic platforms such as MONaco, CANape, or INCA (advantageous).

A clean driving licence and valid passport.
