Job description
- Provide 2nd line support through ticketing systems, remote access, and monitoring tools
- Troubleshoot hardware issues (PCs, laptops) and replace components as needed
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, and Windows OS
- Assist with basic server, infrastructure, and networking issues
Requirements
We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our client's expanding help desk team. In this role, you'll engage with customers to support their day-to-day IT needs via phone, email, and ticketing systems, while handling escalations within the helpdesk., * Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT helpdesk environment
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Solid knowledge of networking, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred)
