Job description

This year, the charity has embarked on a bold, strategic initiative to enhance their data capabilities.

They are aiming to improve their data use, integration and analytics to increase engagement, maximise impact and drive forward their strategic goals. With a key focus on effective and efficient operations, collaboration and continuous improvement in their Technology, Strategy and Business Intelligence teams.

To achieve this ambition, the organisation has developed a new technology infrastructure which they are calling "Sage". They are implementing new technology infrastructure this year (such as a new CRM system and suite of data tools - Microsoft Dynamics).

You will be responsible for delivering advanced, accurate, and timely data segments and selections, and supporting data analysis for the charity's marketing, engagement, and fundraising initiatives. This role ensures that data-driven insights are readily available to inform decisions and enhance supporter engagement efforts. You will be supporting continuous improvement of data processes and collaborates with various teams to achieve the charity's strategy, providing mentorship and guidance and fostering a culture of data excellence.
