Job description

Are you an ERP / Warehouse Management Systems Specialist who understands how warehouses really work, and enjoys making systems fit the operation, not the other way around?

This is a hands-on role at the heart of a major digital transformation where you'll help shape how ERP and WMS systems support day-to-day operations across multiple sites.

You'll be deeply involved from the start, leading operational requirements, configuring systems, and supporting testing during implementation. Once the system goes live, you'll take ownership of ERP/WMS administration and support, becoming the go-to person for operational systems across the group.

  • Configure and maintain ERP/WMS settings, including rules, processes, and layouts, while managing labelling, printing, and handheld scanner integrations.
  • Support system setup, ongoing maintenance, and functional testing, including user acceptance testing.
  • Day-to-day, you'll provide support and troubleshooting for operational teams and act as the main point of contact between operations and IT for any system-related issues.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, * Experience in IT support, systems, or consultancy within a warehouse or distribution environment

  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes and operational workflows
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS platforms (any system as training can be provided)
  • Experience with labelling, printing, and handheld scanning devices
  • A problem-solving mindset and willingness to get stuck in
  • The following skills are desirable: System integrations or APIs, basic SQL, involvement in ERP or WMS implementation projects, * Will you be able to work full-time, on-site in Poole, Dorset (if you are relocating, please detail your relocation plans), * IT support or systems: 2 years (required)
  • ERP/WMS platforms: 1 year (required)
  • warehouse processes and operational workflows: 1 year (required)
