Are you an ERP Software Developer who enjoys taking ownership of how ERP developments are designed, delivered and integrated?
This is an opportunity to step into a key technical role during a major business transformation, where your work will directly shape how data, systems, and operations connect across a fast-moving organisation.
In this role, you'll be working closely with a team of around 5-6 external developers initially, so rather than being a purely hands-on development role from day one, the position plays a key technical oversight role in ensuring third-party development aligns with the company's ERP architecture, standards and long-term goals.
Once the ERP system is live, you will then have more autonomy and ownership of the system to make changes and tweaks in its functionality in a more hands-on role., * Reviewing and understanding what external developers are building
- Assessing the quality, structure and suitability of their work
- Ensuring developments integrate cleanly across the ERP platform
- Providing technical guidance and direction where required
A core responsibility of the role is ensuring that:
- All developments are properly tested
- Changes made by different developers work together as expected
- New functionality does not negatively impact existing ERP processes
- Issues are identified and resolved before reaching production
After go-live, the role will naturally evolve to include:
- Hands-on ERP development
- Making system changes and refinements
- Supporting ongoing optimisation and improvement
- Acting as the internal ERP expert, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Lead ERP Developer, ERP Developer, .NET Developer, Systems Developer, Business Systems Developer, ERP Integration Developer, Application Developer, Application Engineer, ERP Application Developer
Requirements
Do you have experience in T-SQL?, * Strong experience with ERP system development (ideally Acumatica but they will accept experience with any ERP platform)
- C# and .NET (Framework or Core)
- SQL Server and T-SQL
- Experience building API integrations (REST / SOAP)
- Experience using Git, SDLC principles, and agile ways of working
- Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably Azure)
- An analytical mindset with strong ownership and accountability skills, * API integrations: 1 year (required)
- C# .NET, SQL Server & T-SQL: 1 year (required)
- ERP Development: 2 years (required)

Pay: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
