Infrastructure Support Engineer

• Manage and support AWS environments using core services such as EC2, S3, and VPC.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues independently.
• Automate cloud operations using Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, and Bash.
• Monitor performance and costs, implementing optimizations as needed.
• Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment and operations.
• Assess new cloud technologies to improve infrastructure reliability and security.
• Document processes and support knowledge sharing across teams.

• Proven hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex, distributed environments.
• Proficiency with scripting languages and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker, ECS, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and cost management in the cloud.
• Agile development experience and strong communication skills.
