Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Test Analyst to join our Solution Delivery and Scrum Agile team. This role is central to ensuring the quality of our software delivery, supporting both new development and legacy systems, and working with in-house and third-party solutions.

You will be at the heart of our agile delivery, driving quality assurance, improving sprint velocity, and shaping the user experience. This is a chance to make a real impact on how we deliver technology across the business.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and execute test plans, ensuring systems meet requirements.
  • Identify and resolve defects before deployment.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing and gather feedback.
  • Build and maintain automated regression tests.
  • Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and end users using tools such as Swagger, Postman, Playwright, Gherkin, and Azure DevOps.

Requirements

We're seeking someone who:

  • Has experience using Nebula (ATE Portal) / Supernova applications (desired).
  • Communicates effectively across all levels of the business, adapting style for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Works confidently both independently and within a Scrum team.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Applies a solid understanding of the testing lifecycle, including risk-based approaches.
  • Provides accurate testing estimates and manage workload effectively.
  • Champions usability and accessibility in solution design.
  • Shows resilience, curiosity, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • ISTQB certification.
  • Knowledge of testing standards and software.
  • Previous experience in Agile software development.
