Junior IT Engineer

• Hardware Maintenance: Perform upgrades (RAM/SSD) and minor hardware repairs on specialized devices like the GPD Win series and GPD Win Max 2.
• Diagnostics & Testing: Troubleshoot and stress-test Mini PCs, Ultrabooks, and gaming handhelds to identify hardware vs. software failures.
• Software Provisioning: Reinstall Windows/Android OS, manage driver installations, and perform factory resets on devices such as the AYANEO Pocket DMG and AYN Odin series.
• RMA Management: Efficiently process customer returns, documenting faults and resolutions within our internal systems.
• Technical Support: Provide clear, professional guidance to customers via our ticketing system to resolve technical queries remotely.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with new product releases and internal repair protocols to improve support efficiency.

• Communication: Excellent written skills to explain technical issues to customers in a helpful, friendly manner.
