Job description

We're looking for an IT Project Engineer to join our IT Operations & Services team in Oxford. You'll deliver and support IT projects focused on endpoint management, device configuration, and Microsoft Intune, ensuring a seamless technology experience across the business., * Deliver technical solutions across IT projects, focusing on device deployment and endpoint management.

  • Support system upgrades, cloud migrations, and software rollouts.
  • Resolve escalated technical issues and share best practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in macOS?, This role suits someone with hands-on project and support experience in Windows, macOS, and cloud environments, eager to expand skills in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and modern device management. You'll collaborate across teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive improvements that enable our science and innovation., * Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, device management, and software deployment.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS.
  • Experience administering Office 365 in a cloud environment.
