AWS DevOps Lead -Knutsford, UK

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on AWS DevOps Lead to spearhead a strategic transformation initiative focused on modernising CI/CD practices across a diverse application estate. This role is central to driving adoption of a standardised GitLab-based pipeline, enabling teams to deliver business ideas to production within a single day. Your Profile

• Handson experience with AWS Amazon Web Services including deployment scaling and monitoring of distributed systems
• Deep understanding of AWS IAM with practical knowhow in RBAC RoleBased Access Control and PBAC PolicyBased Access Control models
• Proficient with Docker and containerized application deployment for CICD pipelines
• Exposure to greenfield architecture
• Help organization define IAM strategy in the digital space
• Can lead and team and able to challenge Principal Engineers
