Forward Deployed Engineer

• Embed with customers during onboarding and expansion to understand product needs, design and code solutions for a successful implementation
• Translate customer needs into shipped software
• Prototype quickly, and then build/improve into production-quality code
• Work closely with Product/Engineering to generalize learnings into scalable features
