Junior UX/UI Designer

After an onboarding and training period, and based on functional and technical analyses provided by the UX Designer, you will be responsible for:

• Transforming complex products into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Contributing to user research and information architecture: you will mainly focus on UI, with gradual exposure to certain UX practices (testing, user feedback), in close collaboration with the UX Designer.
• Anticipating multiple use cases and proposing creative solutions to potential issues.
• Collaborating effectively with analysts and developers by speaking their language to ensure a high-quality final result. Over time, you will learn to understand and challenge UX/UI analyses when needed.
• Finding pragmatic solutions when technical or timing constraints arise (the art of the "Belgian compromise").

Do you have experience in UX?, As a UI designer, based on a functional and technical analysis, you transform complex products into simple, intuitive and user-friendly interfaces thanks to your graphic design skills, your pragmatic mind and your eye for detail.

Your role lies between that of the analysts and the developers. You collaborate with them to ensure that your design is transformed into a fully developed solution.

Your curiosity and initiative make you a person who likes challenges., * Education in design (web, UI, graphic design, or equivalent experience)

• Excellent command of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.
• Understanding of front-end constraints (responsive design, components, integration)
• Basic knowledge of English (reading and understanding documentation)
• Empathy and attention to detail
• Team spirit and resourcefulness
• Ability to learn and adapt
