AI Developer

As an AI Developer at Camco Technologies, you will work on the development and integration of deep learning models that power our AI-based OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and OFR (Optical Feature Recognition) solutions, used globally in terminal automation:

• Develop and optimize AI models for image and video analysis
• Write and maintain production-ready code for AI- driven applications
• Integrate AI solutions into existing software systems
• Collaborate with the R&D team to explore and implement new AI concepts
• Validate and test models to ensure performance, scalability and reliability
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

To strengthen our AI team, we are looking for an AI Developer with a sharp eye for detail and a hands-on mindset. Together with four other developers, you will contribute to the development of computer vision and image recognition algorithms within our R&D team., * Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in AI development
• Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++
• Experience or interest in computer vision, image processing, and deep learning is a strong plus
• Able to work in a structured manner and manage complex projects independently
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
