ERP EAM Functional Consultant -Spain

SAP experience:

Minimal 8 years of experience on SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) module.

Proven experience on S/4HANA EAM

Knowledge about integration with other modules like Warehouse Management, Materials Management, Finance, procurement

Deep understanding of Plant Maintenance processes like

• Request Maintenance,
• Work Order planning & Execution,
• Preventive Maintenance (i.e. time-based / performance based),
• Calibration,
• Refurbishment.

Experience with Data Migration/Harmonization/Cleansing of Plant Maintenance Objects

Experience with Global Technical Object structures

Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) EAM

Experience with SAP EAM Cloud tools (i.e. SAP APM, Asset Manager)

Experience with Assets EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) processes

Experience with Handover for Engineering to Maintenance processes

Other experience:

Driving client workshops (contribute to workshop preparation, facilitation and documentation of outputs including URS and IT requirements)

Support business process flows alignment and coordination.

Support the Business during Implementation, Transition and post go-live.

Technical understanding of the module.

Ability to work with ABAP team to create documentation like Functional Specifications and support development activities

Good knowledge of overall S4HANA concepts

Support liaising between Global Assets team and other Global and Deployment teams.

Good Presentation skills

Ability to demonstrate SAP Processes to wider audience

Agile knowledge, ideally Safe agile certified: candidate will be part of the agile team, the team has one scrum master and one Product Owner, and is expected to participate in all the Ceremonies of the ART such as daily stand up, Iteration Demo and Reviews, Program Increment Planning etc.

Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting / contracting roles.

Good communication and proactive attitude.

Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA

Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.

Experience in mentoring and coach consulting resources.
