Job description
We are looking for a highly organised and customer focused individual for a helpdesk co-Ordinator position within Smethwick. You will be first point of contact for hospital service requests - helping to keep everything running smoothly., * Respond to incoming calls and emails.
- Logging and managing service requests.
- Work collaboratively with other teams and contractors to resolve queries
- Ensure all work orders are processed correctly and tracked in the system
- Prioritise and dispatch work orders to engineers
- Must have Experience of using Maximo
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, * At least 2 years of previous customer service/admin experience
- Valid DBS certificate
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of CAFM systems is desirable
- Must be confident using Microsoft applications
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
