Job description

We are looking for a highly organised and customer focused individual for a helpdesk co-Ordinator position within Smethwick. You will be first point of contact for hospital service requests - helping to keep everything running smoothly., * Respond to incoming calls and emails.

  • Logging and managing service requests.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and contractors to resolve queries
  • Ensure all work orders are processed correctly and tracked in the system
  • Prioritise and dispatch work orders to engineers
  • Must have Experience of using Maximo

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, * At least 2 years of previous customer service/admin experience

  • Valid DBS certificate
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems is desirable
  • Must be confident using Microsoft applications
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
