Software Engineer

Deal with zSeries products and LDAPX excalations from support. Analyze cause of problems and give solutions to customers.

If required create necessary fixes for problems as per fix creation procedures - assembler load fixes or NC panel fixes. For LDAPX , correct and re-compile C code. Perform testing of any fixes.

Manage HDISV environment, include re-applying system customizations on any new zOS images

Provide support for iSereis(AS400) environment. Provide test users and change passords if required.

Do you have experience in TCP/IP?, Must have in depth knowledge of : In depth IBM assembler programming experience at least 5 years and preferable 10+ years experience

RACF installation, configuration and programming

zOS and zVM SYSPROG skills including installation of zOS from scratch, LDAP on zOS

TCP/IP stack on zOS

SYSPLEX

IBM C/C++

ACF2

TOPS

iSeries configuration / TDS on iSeries

Beneficial skills to have : Session managers on zOS

SMP/E

SMF exits / RACF exits programming experience

2FA on zOS
