Job description

Working as a Senior Information Controller you will ensure the accurate, secure, and efficient management of all documentation for our construction projects. You will manage and implement the Common Data Environment (CDE) in alignment with ISO 19650 industry standards, company policies, and customer requirements. Lead training and support to key stakeholders in using the CDE to facilitate seamless access to critical information, enhance decision-making processes, and ensure efficient project delivery across the entire project lifecycle.

What you'll do:

  • Ensure accurate and efficient information management of all project-related information, including documentation, models, and drawings across the entire project lifecycle complying with strict security protocols.
  • Implement and maintain a robust CDE structure for storing, retrieving, and archiving information.
  • Monitor adherence to industry regulations such as ISO19650 and company policies across projects.
  • Support the Design Management function in the development and maintenance of the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP).
  • Develop and enforce data quality standards to minimise errors and improve reliability, aligned to ISO 19650, company policy and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

Requirements

  • Strong experience in previous Information Control/Information Management roles
  • BIM Practitioner / Professional qualification preferred.
  • Experience with Revizto desirable.
  • Advanced skills in managing Asite, including building workflows, Apps/Forms.
  • Demonstrable experience of ISO 19650-2 Processes.
  • Demonstrable understanding and experience of managing MIDPs & TIDPs via AirTable.
  • Experience of line management / leadership roles.
