You'll join our Engineering and Maintenance team, a group recognised across the industry for innovation and technical excellence. The team plays a critical role in delivering Europe's highest technical dispatch reliability and works closely with colleagues and partners across our network to keep our aircraft flying safely and efficiently. With a modern fleet and a dynamic operating environment, this is a team where expertise, curiosity and collaboration really matter., As a Line Maintenance Liaison Engineer, you'll be the key link between easyJet and our contracted Line and Light Base Maintenance providers across Europe. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of stations, travelling regularly to oversee performance, support operations and strengthen relationships.
This is a role with real autonomy and visibility. You'll monitor service delivery, lead performance improvement actions and support both planned and AOG maintenance activity. You'll also play an important part in audits, safety investigations and contract management, helping ensure our network remains compliant, efficient and future-ready.
What you'll be looking after
Acting as the technical and operational focal point for your assigned Line and Light Base Maintenance stations Monitoring provider performance against contractual service levels and driving improvement where needed Building strong, trusted relationships with maintenance partners to support safe and reliable operations Carrying out station visits, audits and start-up assessments, including supporting initial training Supporting AOG recovery through close liaison with the MOC and local providers Investigating safety incidents and resolving audit findings Ensuring compliance with easyJet procedures, airworthiness requirements and documentation standards Supporting contract reviews, cost control activity and supplier invoice review
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, > Have experience in aircraft maintenance or the MRO environment
Enjoy building strong partnerships and solving problems in fast-paced operational settings Can be in our Luton office 3 x per week, > Background in aircraft maintenance or the MRO industry Strong knowledge of Part M, Part CAMO and Part 145 regulations Experience of contract and supplier management A solid understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and procedures Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and AMOS A continuous improvement mindset Additional spoken languages are a plus

Practicalities
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office. The position involves a significant level of travel, working at various locations throughout Europe
