Are you passionate about transforming social care through digital innovation? We re looking for a technically skilled and values-driven Service and Application Owner to support the development and optimisation of our core systems supporting Adult Social Care.
This is a pivotal role within our Digital, Data and Technology team, where you ll be responsible for ensuring our application platforms are robust, user-focused, and aligned with the evolving needs of social care services.
As a Service and Application Owner, you will:
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of application solutions that support frontline social care teams.
- Work closely with service leads in Adult Social Care to ensure systems meet operational, regulatory, and legislative requirements.
- Configure and customise applications to reflect best practice and deliver maximum value to the organisation.
- Support the full development lifecycle of technical projects, from requirements gathering and prototyping to testing and deployment.
- Provide support to end users and deliver training to ensure effective system adoption.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery through agile methodologies and user-centred design.
About you
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Adult Social Care and Health Partnerships Portfolio team. In this role, you will help maintain and support a range of applications, ensuring they run smoothly for our users. You ll work across different software platforms, assisting with troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and helping improve processes where needed.
