Are you passionate about transforming social care through digital innovation? We're looking for a technically skilled and values-driven Service and Application Owner to support the development and optimisation of our core systems supporting Adult Social Care.
This is a pivotal role within our Digital, Data and Technology team, where you'll be responsible for ensuring our application platforms are robust, user-focused, and aligned with the evolving needs of social care services.
As a Service and Application Owner, you will:
Support the design, development, and maintenance of application solutions that support frontline social care teams.
Work closely with service leads in Adult Social Care to ensure systems meet operational, regulatory, and legislative requirements.
Configure and customise applications to reflect best practice and deliver maximum value to the organisation.
Support the full development lifecycle of technical projects, from requirements gathering and prototyping to testing and deployment.
Provide support to end users and deliver training to ensure effective system adoption.
Champion continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery through agile methodologies and user-centred design., In this role, you will help maintain and support a range of applications, ensuring they run smoothly for our users. You'll work across different software platforms, assisting with troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and helping improve processes where needed.
