IT Systems & Network Administrator

A technology consulting firm in Barcelona seeks an experienced IT Systems Administrator to maintain and support Windows and Mac computers, manage Active Directory, and supervise Microsoft 365 accounts. Candidates should have a higher education degree in Network Administration or IT-related fields, along with at least 5 years of experience in technical support. Strong problem-solving skills and good English communication are essential. • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team., * Hands-on maintenance and support of Windows and Mac computers.
• Management of Active Directory and administration of users and permissions.
• Administration of all types of printers, including Zebra and ink-based models.
• Creation and management of Microsoft 365 accounts.
• Integration and onboarding of devices for new users.
• Configuration of computers using Intune.
• Management of VLANs and Cisco network infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting and daily technical support to ensure smooth IT operations.
